People say anger is a monster within us and it destroys oneself. I totally disagree. Anger is a good thing, it helps us fight our depression and solve problems at times.
The real problem is, we don’t treat it just a momentary feeling and gives it more attention that it deserves.
You feel like yelling at someone, go do it and the monster is gone. Rather why do we treat that loathly monster like a good friend of us and listen to what it says ?
